Reiki ?
The practice of Reiki is based on the teachings of Mikao Usui, who practiced and taught healing techniques in early twentieth century in Japan. Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy. Its a gentle method of hands-on healing that taps into the energy referred to as Ki in Japan, Chi in China and Prana in India.The premise of Reiki is that the healing energy travels to you, the recipient, through the practitioner's hands.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing method, That help promote healing and maintaining good health. It is a non-intrusive method of providing healing so there is no risk of aggravating any existing physical injury. It is NOT massage therapy!

What is a Reiki session
Like ?
To receive a Reiki Session, you will lie on a table fully clothed. I ( The practitioner) will simply place my hands on or above your head, shoulders, stomach ect.... routinely Following a series of hand positions.
I serve as a conduit, Universal Energy flows not from me but through me to you. You will receive the amount of energy you need to bring your mind and body to balance .
The effects can be profound, most people experience deep relaxation. During a session, you may feel tingling or pulsing sensations, a feeling of warmth or comfort, you may fall asleep or you may feel nothing.
Many people experience the benefits of well-being and relaxation afterwards.
